We come to you… The program is a 1 and a half - 2 hour session where we go through scenarios, crime prevention, helpful hints and self defense techniques.
•The seminar we offer can be presented to your staff at branch level, in groups or in divisional sections, at a time that most suits you.
•The structure of our program is flexible for each Company
•The techniques that will be taught are easily learnt and require very little physical exertion.
•The information we give you can be used in all situations from work to home and everywhere in between, helping you take your safety into your own hands.
•A seminar such as ours, shows your staff that you, as their Employer has their best interest at heart – this keeps for a happier office environment and can assist in staff morale.
At a venue of your choosing. During our session, you will gain valuable information and learn how to defend yourself and the ones you love. The program is fun and everyone gets involved.
It covers:
•1 hour of Self defence theory
•1 hour of practical self defence
•1 hour choice of the following:
Fighting Fit class
Team building activities
Or an introduction to Karate
It is 3 hour session. This program is developed to teach you the core fundamentals of self defense.
We help you stay safe and if a crime does happen, we show you how to get out and to safety.
