Will I be able to fight after the course?

No, we do not teach you to fight, but rather how to avoid and escape bad situations. To learn how to fight takes years of dedicated training.

 

 

 

 

Where are you based?

We service the entire South Africa and always come to you. We use your premises as it puts the students at ease to do the workshop in a familiar environment.

 

 

 

 

Do I need to be fit to do the workshop?

​

It does not matter how fit you are or how experienced you are. Our workshop is designed for all ages, body types and sexes. Our techniques were created to be easily learnt and executed. 

 

 

 

 

Why do I need to do this workshop?

​

It does not matter where you live or what profession you are in. We are all affected by crime. 1 in 3 people will either be personally affected or will know someone that has been affected by crime. Everyone should go on a self defense course. 

 

 

 

Will the CEO workshop not scare my child?

​

No, the workshop has be created keeping the child's age into consideration. When you taught your child to cross the road, you taught them to look left and right, they are now not scared of cars but respect them. We use the same approach when teaching your children about the dangers out there.
